Protein Review: SYNTHA 6 Cold Stone Creamery
When the PR folks at SYNTHA-6® approached me to check out a new protein recovery drink and told me it was Cold Stone Creamery birthday cake remix, I jumped.
WHAT??? I love Cold Stone Creamery and having a protein powder that replicated the flavor was definitely the right product for me! (I have cravings for Cold Stone and have traveled 40 minutes away to get some!)
SYNTHA-6® is an ultra-premium protein powder with 22g protein per serving. You can use this anytime or for after a workout! You mix one scoop of the SYNTHA-6® with almond milk, coconut milk, coconut water or just water and you have an amazing after workout drink that tastes just like ICE CREAM!!!! It’s totally SICK!
This protein mix is decadent. It tastes like ice cream and has the consistency of a milkshake. It also has bits of sprinkles in it, which I can do without. If it didn’t have the sprinkles, it would be perfect!
Each scoop is 47 grams and 200 calories. You use one scoop per serving and the jar has enough for 25 servings.
