For Every Body Fitness is launching two core courses: Yoga and Strength Training, designed to complement your triathlon training. The best part? You don’t have to commit to the entire course if you’re not ready—there’s a drop-in option available!

Cost: 26 classes for $312 or drop-in for $15 per class

Flow Yoga

When: Saturdays from 10 am to 11 am EST
Cost: 13 classes for $234 or drop-in for $15 per class

Once you register for any of these classes, you’ll receive a Zoom link, allowing you to join the live sessions from the comfort of your home.
