Skechers GOrun Maxroad 4+ Hyper is updated with a lightweight mono mesh and polyester upper for support, breathability, and structure where needed. The style built for long-distance protection and speed features the same HYPER BURST™ foam as the award-winning Maxroad 4 Hyper for a maximum cushion at minimal weight.
The unique makeup of this new “super critical™” foam provides long-wearing durability and shock absorption. Skechers signature pillar geometry creates a more flexible sole that adapts well to varying road surfaces and provides a softer springier feel while strategically placed Goodyear®* rubber provides superior durability, cushioning and traction. A more conventional heel and tongue design help to lock down the foot for faster speeds and stability for more types of runners.
Why they are my favorite Skechers Sneaker so far…
The Skechers GOrun Maxroad 4 Hyper are incredible sneakers. They are comfortable when you put them on and with the snug fit in the back, helps prevent blisters.
I love the way the pull tab in the back and the stretchy shoe laces. (Not many brands have stretchy shoe laces!)
The shoes are great on both the road and the trails. They are stable and the Goodyear accents help them keep you sturdy on the road. I tried them out around the neighborhood, in the park and on one trail. I was a little nervous about the trail, but they were absolutely fine.
Lastly, I love the hyper burst bounce. It’s almost as if there is a spring in these shoes to propel me forward without the effort. I find these shoes to be good on long and short distances.
