What did I think?
My only issue with Root’d is that you have to think about taking it. I take a ton of supplements daily but they are all in a pill format. I bring them downstairs and after my cup of coffee, I have a protein shake and with that take my supplements.
However, I can’t do that with Root’d. I need to think about pouring it into water and then drinking it. I know that doesn’t sound hard and it isn’t. However, I need to get this into my routine because the benefits outweigh the obstacles.
