Since I started MetPro, a lot of people have asked me “how’s it going with MetPro.” They tell me I look terrific and can’t believe how much weight I lost. It feels exciting to me to wear a size 4 to 6.
The other day, I went through my winter clothes and found that most of them were size 10’s. So, I happily discarded them. No more 10’s for me!
MetPro is a Way of Life
What is interesting about MetPro, which is very different than any other diet, is that it’s a lifestyle. It’s not a diet.
When the scale goes up, the coach suggests a drop in carbs. But, carbs don’t come out completely. I still have some carbs during my two snacks throughout the day.
When the weight is stabilizing, she suggests that I increase my input.

Fascinating Process
It’s so fascinating how this process works! I’m so impressed with the caliber of their coaching staff and their organization. They are completely responsive to my needs.
Whenever I call or text my coach, Polly, she responds quickly. She calls me a couple of times a week to see how things are going and we talk for 10 to 15 minutes.
When I’m preparing for a race, she ups my carbs. When I went to St. Anthony’s I was at the highest intake to get race ready. That was a big help and although I was still injured, it tremendously helped me with my endurance.
We even discussed race foods. Polly felt that I needed something every 45 minutes and, felt that a gel was sufficient.
To date
I’ve lost close to 15 pounds and I feel fantastic. I’m eating clean and healthy for the first time in my life and I’m enjoying my training. I’m so thankful that I met the folks at MetPro.
