If you like barefoot sneakers with a wide toe box and extreme comfort, you will love Skora sneakers. I was first introduced to Skora many years ago when I first started running. At that time, the minimalist movement was prominent and many of sneaker stores sold zero-drop shoes.
Skora Fit Sneakers
The Skora Fit is the shoe I remember when I first was introduced to Skora. Today, it’s the same shoe re-introduced with just the right amount of cushioning. The Skora Fit is a great runner for speedwork or form training while the snug and secure fit make it great for dynamic training moves.
The shoe was originally inspired by the human foot. When trying them on, make sure to size up a 1/2 size from your usual running shoe.
Different kinds of shoe
What makes these shoes different and interesting is that they are completely seamless with a one-piece air mesh upper. They have reflectors throughout the shoe and the tongue and ankle liner have a moisture-wicking element to keep your feet dry.
In addition to that, it has a responsive EVA midsole. Further, the outsole has dots and dimples for wet and dry traction. Since it has a stitch-free liner, you do not have to wear socks with these shoes. But, you can if you want. You can even swap out the insole with the one you love.
What did I think?
The Skora Fits would be perfect for track workouts. They are responsive and fast. When you wear them, you land on your midfoot. It’s a very natural feel. Since I always loved wearing minimalist shoes, I really enjoy these. They are extremely light and I love the way the shoe laces tie on the side.
The Skora Fits come in four different colors and are made for both men and women. They retail for $145 on the website. To order a pair click here: https://skorarunning.com/collections/mens-shoes/products/fit-men?variant=40175512879186
